Dear Miss. L White,
I am sorry to tell you that, recently, your aunt Claire passed away. It was a peaceful passing, and i write to you of the news of her Last Will and Testament. Your Aunt Claire owned a small, delapidated farm by the ame of Seven Oak Stables, and she wished or it to be passed down to you on the occasion of her death.
The farm is situated deep in the heart of a valley in Virginia, and, although it's state is rather abysmal, i am hoping that you will embrace the challenge and give the stables a new lease of life. It is a large land consisting of twenty-five aches of land, encluding a U-shaped block of stables, two barns, a breeding and foaling barn, two riding schools, a circular pen, a small office, a tack and feed room, a cross-country course, and, of course, plenty of trails.
If you wish to take on the stables and follow your aunts wishes, then please reply promtly, and i shall happily take you over to check out the property. If you do not wish to take on the responsiblity, then i shall sort out arrangements for the stables to be sold on, and the money will be given to you.
Yours sincerly -Benjamine Clerk
But she did indeed take upon her shoulders, the old stables and it's terrible state. She fixed the buildings, the fences the roofs, she re-painted the stables, and the fence posts. She brought a horse of her own from the nearby sales, and opened the stables to the public, announcing that anybody who wished to board their horse here, was welcome to, no matter their riding style (western or english), no matter the horses breed, size, colour ... and she invited her brother, Leo, to help her run the stables. And now, YOU are invited to board your horse here too. But not everything is happiness and sunshine, sometimes, a disaster can lurk just around the corner ....
